This is the view from “One Tree Hill” and is a MUST DO when visiting Ararat. Ararat has much to offer to the visitors and locals alike. This web site is meant to help visitors to Ararat to find the hidden Gems (there are lots of them) and to explain the history of this town and this area. Please feel free to navigate through this web site and comment on it, good, bad or indifferent. We try to make it interesting and educational for our visitors and sincerely hope that you will have a very good and memorable time here and hopefully return in the near future, maybe even decide to leave the rat race in the “BIG SMOKE” and live here or any of the smaller country communities in the Municipality and enjoy the relaxing living that Country Victoria has to offer. PS. Please use FB or Twitter for your comments on this web site and on your experience of visiting Ararat. Sincerely Frank
